There are 180 questions in NEET UG exam, which are of multiple choice nature. 45 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, and Botany are asked with an equal weightage. These 180 questions are divided into three sections:

NEET question paper contains 180 multiple choice questions carrying 4 marks each. The question papers of NEET comprise the questions from class 11 and 12 syllabi from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects. As per the NEET negative marking 2026, one mark is deducted for every wrong attempt.
NEET question paper is provided in 13 languages i.e. English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. For the SC category , you need at least 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in Class 12 to be eligible. The minimum age required is 17 years , and there is no upper age limit .
You can fill the NEET form only through the official NTA website when the registration starts.
